The recovery period for an InstaLift® is typically about 1.5-2 weeks. During this time, you may need to sleep upright or on your back to allow the sutures to settle. While daily activities can generally be resumed, avoid hard chewing and heavy workouts during this period. Your injection points and dimples may be visible for a few days.

At home painkillers may be recommended if needed. It's essential not to touch or rub your face during the healing process. Typical side effects include bruising, swelling, and pain at the injection site.
