We reccomend 3-5 sessions for optimal results lasting up to 12 months with proper maintenance and follow-up appointments.

To keep your teeth looking their best, brush twice daily with a soft-bristled toothbrush along with fluoride toothpaste. Use floss at least once a day to help remove plaque that cannot be reached by brushing. Generally speaking, professional teeth whitenings are very safe when done correctly. However, it’s important to note that some people may experience tooth sensitivity or irritation of their gums during the procedure. We take extra care to ensure that our clients are comfortable and safe during their whitening session. 

Professional teeth whitening is suitable for most people, however there are some exceptions. Children under 16 years old should not have a professional teeth whitening service, as their teeth are still developing. Additionally, if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

Our teeth whitening is not typically painful, although some people may experience minor sensitivity or irritation (because of the light heat) during the procedure.
